On November 27th, The Honourable Minister Hehr, on behalf of Minister of Science Kirsty Duncan, announced the Collaborative Research and Training Experience (CREATE). Through the CREATE program, 18 researchers and their teams will share more than $29 million in funding over the next six years. The CREATE Program supports the training of teams of highly qualified students and postdoctoral fellows from Canada and abroad through the development of innovative training programs.
The announcement took place at the Carleton University during the READi Symposium, led by Dr. Adrian Chan and Dr. Mojtaba Ahmadi who are CREATE grant recipients for their Research and Education in Accessibility, Design and Innovation (READi) program.
