This scholarship is available to postgraduate students conducting or planning to conduct research on poultry at a Canadian institution.
The purpose of the Canadian Poultry Research Council (CPRC) Postgraduate Scholarship is to:
You must be or plan to be a postgraduate student at a Canadian institution conducting or planning to conduct research on poultry.
If you are a successful applicant, the CPRC will award a one year scholarship of $5,000.
The CPRC will offer one new scholarship annually.
To be considered for this scholarship, you must submit the following documents to the CPRC as indicated in the CPRC’s annual call for applications:
The scientists are responsible for notifying their postgraduate students of the call for applications.
Applications will be evaluated and the successful candidate chosen according to the following criteria:
The CPRC will inform all applicants whether they were successful or not.
The payment will be made directly to the applicant in one instalment upon confirmation of the commencement date of their program of study.
